Oxford Technology VCT was listed on the London Stock Exchange in April 1997. It raised £4.85m in 1997-98. Further top-up offers have raised a further £188k. The fund is now fully invested.

Dividends paid to date total 32.7p, mainly resulting from the sale of Valid Information Systems.
