Oxford Technology Management is the manager of the £30 million Oxford Technology Enterprise Capital Fund (OTECF), a specialist fund in early stage technology companies in the United Kingdom. OTECF can invest between £100K and £2 million in suitable companies, plus appropriate follow-on investments. Evonik Acquires Membrane Extraction Technology

In December 1998 Oxford Technology VCT was the first external investor in MET a spin out company of Imperial College, founded by Professor Andrew Livingston the professor of chemical engineering. MET has been acquired by Evonik Industries AG, Essen, Germany on 1st March 2010.

OT1 receives £816,500 on its investment of £210,000.

OT2 recieves £192,459 on its investment of £75,000.

OT3 receives £192,459 on its investment of £75,000.
